Saved to your own server

Auto-backup to Google Drive

Recommended. Once connected, every change here is quietly saved to a "My Passbook Backups" folder in your own Google Drive. Open the app on any phone, sign in with the same Google account, and get everything back — including the app's own files.

Not connected
One-time setup (do this once, on your computer)
This app needs a free "Client ID" from Google before it can talk to your Drive. This step exists because Google requires every app to identify itself — I can't create this on your behalf.
  1. Go to console.cloud.google.com and create a project (any name).
  2. Open APIs & Services → Library, search "Google Drive API", click Enable.
  3. Open APIs & Services → OAuth consent screen, choose External, fill the basic fields, add your own email as a Test user.
  4. Open APIs & Services → Credentials → Create Credentials → OAuth Client ID. Application type: Web application.
  5. Under "Authorized JavaScript origins" add the exact web address where you're hosting this app (e.g. https://yourdomain.com) — must be https, no trailing slash or path.
  6. Copy the Client ID (ends in .apps.googleusercontent.com) and paste it below.
Note: this only works once the app is hosted at a real web address (not opened as a local file). Google will show an "unverified app" screen the first time you connect — that's normal since it's just for your own personal use; click Advanced → Go to (app name) to continue.

Keep your data safe

Everything here is stored only on this phone's browser. If you change phones, factory-reset, clear browser data, or the app is uninstalled, your data can be lost unless you've exported a backup.

Last backup: Never

Import backup (.json)

After exporting, send the file to yourself — WhatsApp "Message yourself", Google Drive, or email — so it survives even if this phone is lost. Do this weekly, or right after adding several entries.

Use this like an app on Android

Quick way (works right now): open this page in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then "Add to Home screen". It'll sit on your home screen with its own icon and open without browser tabs around it.

Best way (installable + safest): upload the index.html, manifest.json, sw.js and icons folder to any web hosting you control — the same hosting your Flying Hands portal uses works fine — then open that link in Chrome and "Install app" when prompted. This makes it work offline and installs like a real app icon.

Reset

This clears all data on this device. Only use after you've exported a backup.
